Pippa is a yoga teacher, speaker and Founder of ‘the girlness project’ - an initiative that seeks to support the emotional and physical wellbeing of young girls and women.

Pippa's Hatha yoga classes are spacious and intuitive, allowing time for exploration and contemplation. Her teaching encourages intuitive movement as she supports her students in exploring embodiment and developing self-awareness. She has a focused approach to alignment, which honours the needs for different approaches for individual structures.

Pippa teaches classes and private sessions in London as well as running workshops, talks and retreats across the country and abroad. She also works weekly within the NHS with adolescents that are in Intensive Treatment Programs for Eating Disorders.

Her work is inspired by her own rich experience of working 1-2-1 with her teacher for 5 years and her study of body psychotherapy. She is a faculty member on the 'The Art of Teaching Yoga 1-2-1’ a two-year training for yoga teachers. She has also returned to the Triyoga Teacher Training Program, the UK’s leading Teacher Training School and where she studied as a mentor for new teacher trainees.

Pippa has been featured in and written for a number of national newspapers and lifestyle magazines including Women’s Fitness, Yoga Magazine, Harper’s Bazaar, the iPaper and Prima. She has worked with a broad range of clients including Marlborough College, Latymer Upper School, Cheam School, The British Army, NHS,  The Foreign & Commonwealth Office, Save The Children, The Brownies and Girlguiding.
