Chloe Chivers

Chloe completed her Teacher Training with Michael James Wong and Emily Clare-Hill at Frame in London and is a registered Yoga Alliance Teacher. Chloe teaches classes and private sessions in Hertfordshire as well as running workshops and retreats across the country and abroad.

Her style of teaching is fluid, playful and creative, with a particular emphasis on the mind and creating a calm foundation for a mindful moving practice. Chloe’s favourite thing about teaching is witnessing bodies and minds soften where students allow themselves to arrive on the mat after what may have been a stressful day.

 

Chloe has worked teaching those in recovery at a rehabilitation centre in Hertfordshire helping to incorporate yoga and meditation as part of a recovery programme.  She loves to experience many styles of teaching and working with a variety of students, constantly looking for new teaching experiences to learn from and grow in her journey to spread yoga.

Chloe lives and breathes yoga by working part-time as a freelance marketing consultant for yoga & wellbeing brands.
