Join us in the Surrey woodland for a weekend of back-to-basics nature, yoga and meditation classes, massage, healthy vegetarian fare, camp-fires, sleeping in shepherd's huts, walks in the Surrey Hills and a digital detox. Staying in 6 acres of National Trust woodland you'd never believe you're only 30 miles from London. So switch off your phone, don your head torch and join us in the woods.

Feel free to arrive any time from 4pm, where herbal tea and healthy snacks will await you. You'll also have access to your hut right away. If it's a mad rush from work, don't panic. Just get to us when you can, even if you miss yoga and get to us for dinner, that's fine.

The Yoga
The yoga will take place in a traditional wattle and daub building complete with lovely wood burning stove, large windows and wooden floors. All mats and props are provided.
Throughout the weekend you the opportunity to explore a range of yoga styles suitable for beginners as well as seasoned yogis. Flow yoga, yin, restorative and yoga nidra will all be part of the mix with the important teachings of the Yoga Sutra's weaved into each session. There will also be opportunities to practice pranayama (breathing exercises) and meditation throughout.
Your Teacher - Charlie
Charlie's knowledge is astounding and enthusiasm for the bigger picture of yoga infectious. She is approachable and patient. Her classes are challenging but accessible, often giving you the opportunity to explore something new.
Her relaxed style will put you at ease and her bubbly personality ensure that you will spend much of the weekend with a smile on your face.
The Accommodation
You'll stay at the in an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, sleeping in beautifully-furnished shepherd's huts, kept warm and dry all year round by wood-burning stoves. Don't worry, the shepherd's huts are very toasty! With exclusive use of this 20-person site we'll enjoy 6 acres of secluded woodland all to ourselves, with just sheep and llamas for neighbor’s. We'll have a truly zero carbon experience with compost loos, solar showers (with plenty of hot water), limited phone reception & no electricity - perfect for disconnecting from digital distractions and star gazing around the campfire instead.
The Food
As a certified Natural Chef, Ceri Jones, from Natural Kitchen Adventures, lovingly prepares all her meals using nutritious whole foods and making the most of our seasons. She'll serve up an abundance of colourful and nutritious vegetarian food and we guarantee you will not go hungry. Breakfast, brunch and lunch served as a help yourself buffet and dinners are a plated two course meal. What's more, you'll have the opportunity to try your hand at some healthy cooking of your own in her workshop. Ceri's passion is abundant so no doubt you will go home inspired and with several new recipes!

The Cooking Workshop will be Summer Salads & Delicious Dressings, discover the best summer salad combinations of healthy grains, fresh, seasonal ingredients and dreamy dressings to drizzle over them.
The Treatments
Treat yourself to a pampering massage with one of wonderful holistic therapists in a cosy shepherd's huts on site. Treatments incur an extra cost of £30 for 30 mins or £50 for 60 mins and will be scheduled in free time over the weekend.

Transport
The nearest train station from London is Dorking, which is 6 miles and a 10/15-minute taxi ride away. We'll suggest which train to catch to Dorking when you make the booking and hook you up with fellow train travellers to share taxi costs.
