Brunch, afternoon snacks and a two-course dinner will be included on the holiday retreat. They will be exquisitely prepared by your very own private chef for the retreat: Kieu-My. A mother of two and ex-corporate executive who turned her passion for flavoursome food into a fulfilling professional life.

Kieu-My graduated from the College of Naturopathic Medicine London and Rouxbe Canada. She gets her inspiration from the world cuisines across all continents, through her own international background and extensive travels.

As a believer and advocate of a plant-based diet for good health and a longer life, she limits significantly the amount of salt, sugar and saturated fat in her cooking and instead uses plenty of herbs and spices, vegetables, nuts, grains and pulses.

After completing her internships (including at NOPI owned by Ottolenghi), she's now starting her journey creating healthy and nutritious dishes offering a diverse vegetarian menu and sharing world culinary traditions through videos with 9Kitchens.
